Official Rules: Win a Free Month of the Giveaway Play

1. No purchase needed

You do not have to buy anything to enter or win. Buying something will not help you win.

2. Who runs this giveaway

The sponsor is Anchor Home, a trade name of Joseph Petka Jr, a Massachusetts sole proprietorship, Dracut, Massachusetts ("Anchor Home"). Contact: jpetka10@gmail.com.

3. Who can enter

To enter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Own or manage a home security or alarm company based in the United States. Companies based in New York or Florida cannot enter.
• Have the authority to agree to the prize terms for your company's location.
• Hold any licenses your state requires to sell and install security systems.

Anchor Home, its owner and their immediate family members cannot enter. Void where prohibited.

4. When you can enter

The giveaway starts on September 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 12, 2026 (the "Entry Period").

5. How to enter

Go to getanchorhome.co, fill out the entry form and answer the 3 questions. Each company location can enter once. Extra entries for the same location will not count. Entries must be received during the Entry Period.

Bonus entries: After you enter, you get a personal link. You get 1 bonus entry for each eligible company that enters using your link and is not based in your town, up to 10 bonus entries. The company you refer must meet these rules too. You do not have to refer anyone to enter or win.

6. The prize

One winner gets one Giveaway Campaign, run by Anchor Home for one town the winner serves. It includes:

• A giveaway page with the winner's company name on it.
• Setting up and running local ads, with Anchor Home paying up to $1,000 of the ad cost.
• Texting the people who enter the winner's Giveaway Campaign.
• A sharing system that gives people extra entries for telling friends.
• A list of every person who entered, handed to the winner.
• A facelift of the winner's current website: a new, modern homepage built from the winner's own logo, services and contact information. The winner must give Anchor Home access to put it live, or put it live themselves.

The Giveaway Campaign runs for about 14 days and starts within 14 days of the drawing. Approximate retail value: $13,000 ($12,000 for one month of Anchor Home's service plus up to $1,000 in ad cost).

What the winner must do to accept the prize:

• Give one home security system from their own stock as the prize in their Giveaway Campaign and install it for the person who wins it.
• Sign a short agreement with Anchor Home before the Giveaway Campaign starts. It lets Anchor Home see the results and share them, along with a testimonial from the winner.
• Be able to legally sell and install security systems in the town where the Giveaway Campaign runs.

The prize cannot be traded for cash or given to another company. Anchor Home may swap in a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Any ad cost above $1,000 is up to the winner.

7. How the winner is picked

On or about October 13, 2026, Anchor Home will pick one winner at random from all eligible entries, including bonus entries, using RANDOM.ORG. The drawing will be recorded. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries come in.

8. How the winner is told

Anchor Home will contact the winner by phone, text, or email within 2 days of the drawing. The winner must reply within 72 hours. If the winner does not reply, does not meet these rules, or does not accept the prize terms, Anchor Home may pick a new winner at random from the other entries.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Anchor Home may ask the winner for tax forms as required by law.

10. Using your name and results

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Anchor Home can use the winner's company name, town and Giveaway Campaign results in its marketing, except where the law does not allow it.

11. Your information

Anchor Home will use the information you give to run this giveaway and to contact you about Anchor Home's services. By entering, you agree that Anchor Home can call or text the phone number you give about this giveaway and its services. Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Limits

Anchor Home is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or not received because of technical problems. Anchor Home may cancel or change this giveaway if something outside its control affects it, such as fraud or technical failure. By entering, you agree to release Anchor Home from claims related to this giveaway and the prize, to the extent the law allows. These rules follow the laws of Massachusetts.
